Shipping and Handling
We aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm on the same day (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm). All orders are shipped from Albury, NSW and arrival time will depend on your location (1-8 working days). Please contact our sales team on (02) 6025 2877 for an ETA if you require your item before a certain date.
Shipping fees are dependent upon location as well as the total weight of your order, and will be calculated during checkout. After adding items to your cart, please use the shipping rate calculator on the Cart page, or enter your post code on the Checkout page to be given your shipping rate.
We use the following carriers to deliver orders:
Direct Freight Express
Please note: Due to the size of our products, only small accessories will be shipped via Australia Post (i.e. Downrods, light kits, etc). All ceiling fans will be shipped by Direct Freight Express and therefore, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
A tracking notification will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Order tracking can also be accessed via your online account (if registered) at any time. Simply consult your shipping notification email or your online account to access your tracking number, or alternatively contact our sales team on (02) 6025 2877 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
New Zealand Deliveries
For orders to New Zealand, please contact us for a quote by emailing your desired ceiling fan and quantity to email@example.com.
Quotations will exclude GST. Once your order arrives to customs in New Zealand, you will be contacted to pay duty/GST charges (approximately 15% of the total value of the order). Orders are shipped via DHL International Express, with a 2-5 business day delivery time frame.
Please note: Goods will not be released from customs until duty/GST charges have been paid, and this could ultimately delay delivery of your order.
